strong traffic and patio or food court style seating may
be considered.
- Minimum frontage of 30 feet.
- High visibility, excellent accessibility and highly
trafficked locations.
- Daytime population target of 10,000 or greater within
a one mile radius.
- Residential population target of 15,000 or greater
within a one mile radius.
- Strong retail co-tenants including large or high end
lifestyle centers and general merchandise, multi-plex
movie theaters, and select Malls.
- Minimum 30,000 daily vehicle counts on primary traffic
leg.
- Must have exclusivity for the center in the Mexican,
fast casual category.
- Seating for 50 - 70 seats
- Outside patio with seating desirable.
- Prefer at least 30 spaces available during peak times.
- Eligible for liquor license to sell on premise beer
and wine.
