We want life to really be a vacation for our franchisees. Here is our process to find out if Maui Tacos is right for you!

Step 1 – Fill out our online Questionnaire.
(You can either start here or skip to Step 2)
This will tell us a little bit about you. We can then contact you and answer any preliminary questions you may have. In order to qualify for a franchise, you and your partners will need a combined net worth of $1,500,000, and liquid assets of $500,000. You also need to either have multi-unit restaurant experience or be prepared to bring on an experienced operating partner.

Step 2 – Fill out our Application.
For your convenience, our application is provided online. If you prefer, you may download the form, then complete and return it to us by fax at (858) 630-3799. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call us and we will be happy to help.

Step 3 – Review and Discussion.
Upon receipt of your application we will contact you to discuss our franchise opportunity in greater depth.

Step 4 – Visit, See and Sample.
We encourage you to visit us at a restaurant for a personal interview. You'll meet with one of our management team, learn about our operating system and sample our delicious MAUI TACOS cuisine!

Step 5 – Read through our Offering Circular.
At or before our first meeting, you will receive our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC). This document explains our opportunity in depth and should be reviewed carefully by you to clarify business terms and conditions. This will lead to further discussion.

Step 6 – Sign the Area Development Agreement.
Along the way we will both need to determine mutual compatibility. Assuming we are right for each other, you will be awarded the right to open a Maui Tacos restaurant. If you are qualified you may sign an Area Development Agreement to develop multiple Maui Tacos restaurants in your own protected territory.

Step 7 – You are off and surfing (or running if you prefer)!
You are now ready to find a great location in which to build and open your first Maui Tacos!

We will furnish you with our franchise disclosure document in paper form. If you qualify as a franchisee prospect and visit our office, we will provide the document to you personally. If you qualify as a franchisee prospect and request a copy of the document, we will mail or courier it to you at our cost.
