Management
Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training
and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales,
costs, co-worker retention, Guest service and satisfaction, food
quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
Requirements: 2/3 Years in Food Service Supervisory

Educational: Associates Degree in Food and Beverage
Cashier
The cashier is responsible for greeting the customer with a smile
the spirit of ALOHA, taking the guest order, maintaining and suggestive
selling of all impulse items retail products like salsa, chips
and clothing apparel, ringing up all sales on the cash register.
The cashier is Maui’s point person and will drive the customer
flow.
Requirements: Previous restaurant experience

Expediter
The expediter is responsible for assembling the orders correctly
and delivering the orders to the customers. The expediter helps
speed up service in the kitchen and to go orders. The expeditor
is the Ambassador with the Mauitude.

Prep Cook
Cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood,
poultry, vegetables, salsa’s beans, tortilla chips, and
other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils
according to the Daily Prep List.

Grill Cook
Efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, and other hot food products
as wall as prepare and portion products prior to cooking. Also
perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation.
Assist in preparation of food recipes, and organization of kitchen,
freezer and refrigerators. Responsible for participate in kitchen
overall cleanliness and station set-up.
